Typical!

Fortunately i only signed a 12 month youchoose contract, which ends in a few months time. SO like everyone else that values their own money I'll very likely be jumping ship to prepay or more likely to telecom.

After the reply I got back from VFNZ customer services... I'll be porting my Vodafone phone number over to Telecom Prepaid (my partner uses it now) as soon as possible. 

Obiviously they don't want customers....
