My Xnet DSL usage meter stopped recording on friday. On sunday I rang support who advised that no usage was showing because I had not been using any ( which I had ..!! ) They said they would advise Operations for me. Today it is still not recording. Is anybody else having problems?
There was an issue in the weekend which caused data not to be tracked & updated. The Operations team were notified and they are working to restore the missing data. In the event this data is not able to be restored you'll see two days without data usage & no charge.
Everything should be operating correctly at this point in time.
Hi Cameronn, my usage graph is now a straight line over the weekend and then normal from this afternoon. Was everybody effected by this event? cheers, George
