My mum has forgotten her phone lock code , its a samsung that she brought from overseas when she was out of NZ.
Does anyone know anyone in auckland that can unlock the phone and reset the password ,, thanks

what model phone is it?

is it a phone lock, or a sim lock? (easy test is to insert different sim, turn phone on, does it still ask for code?)

hi, its the code that usually is 00000000 on the samsung, the phone is samsung z140v  its not a sim card lock and the phone does work on nz vodafone. cheers
