Hi All,

I am trying to use my 6234 as a 3G modem via USB data cable on a Vista notebook.

I've tried to connect using VMC versions 7 and 9 but to no avail.  The VMC software does not find the phone at all.

Has anyone successfully tried this?  If so, any tips greatly appreciated.

Cheers and thanks

Isn't the VMC software suite only intended for the mobile connect cards/vodem?

For other devices you probably need the driver and to set up a DUN connection manually...

Download the latest version of PC Suite and it lets you use your phone as a 3G modem with Vista.

http://www.nokia-asia.com/nokia/0,,78344,00.html you have to click the link for dial up users as the flash wizard does not recognise Vista.
