This is probably too complicated to send to the help desk, not really a service problem but rather a Firefox setting.  Yesterday I had to adjust my data cap, but could not log in.  Got the following:CSRF verification failed. Request aborted. You are seeing this message because this HTTPS site requires a 'Referer header' to be sent by your Web browser, but none was sent. This header is required for security reasons, to ensure that your browser is not being hijacked by third parties. If you have configured your browser to disable 'Referer' headers, please re-enable them, at least for this site, or for HTTPS connections, or for 'same-origin' requests.

I use Firefox, HTTPS Everywhere, and Add Block Plus.  Also have a few other security settings I've applied some time ago and can't remember what it was.  Any suggestions as to how to fix this?  Worked fine with IE, but I don't want to use that.

Maybe related, since the latest Fifefox update I'm also unable to use the NZ Post item tracking page saying I'm no longer logged in and then spins the hourglass indefinitely.  And unable to log into foodbox.co.nz, but I think that requires ActiveX so will not work with Fifefox.

I just logged in OK with Firefox 22 and AdBlock Plus.

I think there were some changes with cookie handling 1 or 2 releases ago with Firefox - related to that perhaps?

Found it, this is what I had done a while ago which turns off referrers (step 3). It is advice passed on to me from a top rated IT guy, I just did not turn off cookies as it screwed up a lot and I use Spybot S&D anyway.
