I'm using VFX via a Telstra cable broadband connection and am interested in participating in the trial Philip spoke of. 
This is so I can dispense with my Telstra phone line.
Phil could you please fill me in on the process and any pitfalls I should be aware of...

Hi Graeme

Bad news I'm afraid as the trial period is over and the final review are taking place for the big tick to go live on 1 April, we expect this to happen with no major problems...so role on April 1 :)...have had a huge feedback on people wanting to port their Italk numbers and from people on T/C cable
