Has anybody been having quality issues lately. I've been experiencing really bad connections with the person on the other end breaking up. I was trailing Vfx and went well until recently. The only thing that has changed is My service provider changed from Telecom to Telstaclear for reasons of Bigbackyard. But that should not have affected anything because it is just an administration thing, nothing physically changed.
Also has Vfx extended the trial period or that only for new connections.

Could be a number of things, some people have reported T/C having some issues  just lately see below thread, first suggestion is to run some speed tests and see what you get, then if you wouldn't mind if you contact our help desk they can assist you in seeing if there is anything they may be able to assist you with. We can also take a look at some of the call details of the bad calls and that will tell us what happened to the call in the way of packet loss etc, but I would be picking that the devce will be showing us exactly what you are reporting.

Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well Wink
