Hey folks,

When I bought my S3 I got a MicroSIM with it and managed to switch over from my old SIM card online. Now I need to do the same for my partner but can't for the life of me remember the URL! Does anyone know? We've looked through her account management pages on Vodafone and couldn't see anything there. We must've missed something terribly obvious.

Any suggestions please?

Taa,
D.

You have never been able to do a SIM swap online

Sorry John, I'm definitely not dreaming it. When my S3 (ordered from VF online) arrived it came with a MicroSIM, and a URL to a page where I could do the swap by entering the numbers on the new MicroSIM. It was all done at my office desk, without calling or visiting Vodafone.

You can not do a SIM swap online in ' My Account ' I have worked for VodafoneNZ on these systems for many years it has to be done over the phone to 777 or 888

Damn... now you've got me doubting myself. I definitely know it's not in My Account, and thought I did it on a URL that was displayed on the card cover. Now I wonder if I called 777 instead...
