Hi

I have already sent an email to xnet help desk about this.

Hi

In the past when someone left a message on my voice portal..It would 
email me the message as a .wav attachment. For some reason it has 
stopped working
I still get call notify and voice mail emails..but no emails with the 
file attached.

I can't find it on my vfx portal anymore.

Any ideas

Go to Messaging/ voice management ...the setting is "EMail a carbon Copy of the Voice Message"
