As far as I can work out, I cannot have the same login for my Vodafone Mobiles and my home broadband/phone.

Why? One customer, many products - one login. Seems simple yet for some reason I am required to remember at least two complete sets of logins for the VF website to see my bills.

Or am I just missing something obvious?

Hi,
Unfortunately we can not bundle the Mobile and Fixed line accounts together.

Thanks.

Totally understand your frustration and apologies for generating it. John is accurate about the 2 systems but we are working on a solution so you will have one entry point regardless of which service you want to use.

It will be a good day when it's all one login and billing, in the mean time you will just have to suck it up and live with it.

Genuinely, it's not that far away and we're users too so we know the issue and want to resolve ASAP.

PS I'm replying from bed as well!

Hey, c'mon it's Saturday! Geeking out, looking out across the Tasman and drinking flat white - it's all good.

You'll soon be wanting them to copy UK network Three, which now does not charge roaming in any country where it runs a network....! (or the EU which is shortly to ban European networks from charging roaming charges at all anywhere in the EU...)

Think of that - being able to use VF networks around the world at no additional cost. Now there's an idea.

I saw this on another site and was thinking one day maybe for us. :)
