Has any one noticed during the sign up process for a new vfx line you are presented with a set of terms and conditions which of corse you agree to. then as you go on to the next page you are presented with a set of terms and conditions that initally appear the same and have the I agree section already ticked. they are infact different to what you agreed to (I have no idea why I noticed this I normaly cant be bothered looking at the conditions once let alone twice)

In first agreement:

Our Commitment of Service to You

  1.  Once you are connected to our Service we aim to provide you with consistently reliable and good quality service. We do not guarantee that the service we provide will be perfect. When your connection is disrupted we will do our best to remedy the problem as soon as we can.
  2.   WorldxChange Help Desk is available 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Weekends and public holidays.

In second agreement

But currently according to there andwer phone their hours are 8am - 8pm  and 10am-4pm weekends
