I don't have an EPG on my TC digital cable box... when I go into the cable box setup all the IP addresses including DHCP server are 0.0.0.0. I know I should call TC but I can't be bothered waiting for them to answer the phone. I have the cable modem beside it plugged into the cable, the power, and the set top box. Any ideas?!

I have experienced this as well.

Try powering down your decoder and the modem then switch on after 60 or so seconds - the tech that was sent out to me for this issue says this forces the modem to update the decoder. it still takes about 15-30 minutes to load the EPG again but a good way to tell if it has worked is by checking there is numbers in the settings other than those 0.0.0.0
