For the last few days I have had very bad connection to all sites via my cable internet connection.  Pinging anything past my modem results in mostly request timeouts.  A technician has been around but it got passed on as a network issue so now I'm sitting around with unusable internet and customer support can't tell me anything about what's wrong other than I have a high error rate and they can't say when it will be fixed.

I'm wondering if this is a network issue, whether anyone else in Island bay wellington is experiencing similar?
