Is it possible to get a Local Number on a Mobile with a personal contract?  Alternatively, can you get a family discount on a business contract?

TimA: Hi, You are referring to the Localzone where your mobile will obtain a landline number when you are on a certain tower?

As for contracts etc, You would need to speak with our sales team. Thanks.

No, LN on a mobile http://www.vodafone.co.nz/business/mobile/local-number-on-a-mobile/

Tried to speak to sales but they were too busy yesterday and said they’d call back….

Which ones John?  I can only find LN on mobile on business plans.

The second part refers to the discount that family get for a second line on personal plans…. do you get the same discount on a business plan?

If the Primary Customer is on Red Essentials Package, Red Package, Red Super Package, Black Package or Black Data Package, Vodafone will provide a $30 (including GST) discount off the monthly access fee for the first four Additional Connections added to the Primary Customer’s account.

http://www.vodafone.co.nz/legal/terms-conditions/red/

And I still don’t know what a black package is!

Black packages are like RED, Just more data etc..

Customers with an eligible 12 or 24 month term on a RED or Black Package can sign-up for additional connections (12 month term) under their Customer Account to receive the Family Discount.

How much more data?  I can’t find them on the website.

Are the business packages eligible plans?

Thanks

Andy

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

FYI The answer to my question is that LN on a mobile is only available on business plans and is a local number in the area your bill is sent to, which then changes when you move to a different area code.
