Hi Guys,
What are the options for viewing SD channels in HD through the T-Box, the reason I'm asking is that I have upgraded my TV to a 55inch and some of the content now is looking average at best and I do remember talking to a guy a year or so ago who said it was possible.

Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing you're asking for the SD channels that are HD enabled? I believe you'll need to purchase the "HD Ticket"

Hi John,

I believe I found your account.  Your T-Box was updated to the HD ticket at 12:09pm today.

I'm not sure why you were upgraded though.  The HD ticket is only required if you wish to have Sport and Movie channels in HD.

You are not subscribed to neither of these packages.

TV1, TV2 and TV3 come standard in HD without the HD ticket.

Cheers,

Grant

Sorry for putting you wrong - although a bit of a worry that the helpdesk still went through with it. Also a bit of a worry that the billing/provisioning system allows it to be done without the prerequisites...

Thanks Grant for the reply I'm just catching up now with the posts now; okay so if I understand what you have said right there is no option to upscale the normal T-Box content kids channels, Discovery and the like.

If this is so can I get you to unwind the HD-ticket, as I don't have Sports or Movies.

Thanks in advance.

Hullo. Working on getting that done for you.

Cheers.

Thanks Grant,
Bit of a bugger you can’t get the all the rest of the Australian channels in HD I'm sure they get this in Australia.  Maybe an opportunity to get this from Optus and the like and bypass SKY just a thought :).

Cheers
