Hi Folks

This is just a general query, but in my latest Telstraclear/Vodafone bill I seem to be missing a copy of the bill image (PDF document) from the email.  I have received these in the past, but it seems to have stopped this month. Instead there is a link asking me to login to the site to view the data.

Is there a way I can get the actual PDF sent to me. There are a number of reasons why I need it, some of which are:-

First of all, sending someone an email with a link to an official looking site is not exactly the best practice security wise. Usually I will delete an email that does that.

I actually genuinely need a copy of the bill image (either in paper form or in PDF). It is why I asked for it to be emailed to me in the first place.

I have hundreds of logins to other sites and I can never remember my password when I need it, so being forced to login is quite inconvenient. I pretty much never login to these sites and really don't have the time for it (this is why the bill image is really convenient).

Cheers.

Sounds like you need 1Password or LastPass. (Off the main topic but seems pertinent based on your comment).

Hi, sorry about that. DM me your account # and I will get a PDF sent to you.

DM being direct mail? You mean you require me to write a hand written letter in and actual envelope with a stamp?

(Us foreigners - never understand jargon) :)

I have however, sent you an e-mail (and not a PM).

Just received the latest bill and the bill image (PDF) is missing again. Is there any chance on getting this fixed more permanently?

Are you sure nothing is removing the bill image?

Can you log into ' My Account ' on the main Vodafone NZ website and can you see the bill image in there?
