Hi all,

My partner and I decided to make the switch to TCL in February. We wanted a phoneline and broadband. A couple of months later, the contractors came over and did all the external cabling (or so we thought). After a wait of another three weeks or so and a couple of calls to TCL, someone is here now for the actual installation. To my disappointment, however, it will be another few days before the phone can be set up because the first contractors didn't give us a phoneline.

I know this is probably the fault of the contractors rather than TCL, but after a wait of nearly four months I'm a bit pissed off at the continuing delays. I'm still switching to them, but do you guys think this would warrant a credit to my account or something? There are two other units in this block that have the same issue.

If you haven't got what you were promised, or you feel that you were misled, you are quite within your rights to complain to TCL about the poor level of service. Like anything in life!
