i am considering purchasing a cell phone from trademe but i have been told a high percentage are stolen what are my rights in this matter? if i purchase a new sim card can they still be tracked effectively?

You have no rights when buying on Trademe and yes phones can be tracked and locked out of the network.



I am also locking this thread because there is no reason to discuss potential fraud.
