This is normal for allot of apps for companies not wanting to put money into an APP for Windows Phone.
I think NZ probably has a higher uptake of Windows phone over most countries so you would hope that the companies would start writing apps for their services eventually.
Out of the 3 mobile providers I used T-Mobile UK was the first and only one that has got a Windows Phone APP.
