TBOX is only showing a black screen on all LIVE channel since 1830 (possibly earlier).
Re-boot did a disk check, but no picture and sound from any channels so far after the tbox came back up.
Telstraclear service web site is not showing any outages.
Help desk phone as at 1905 is still keeping me on hold...
signal meters show all three tuners at 32db and 66% to 74% quality.
I'm in the Newlands area.
Anyone experiencing TBOX problems right now?

update:
seems I can record and play back, so it's only LIVE that is broken (Tuner1).
I've raised a fault and an tech will visit on wednesday. Expect to have the TBOX replaced.

update2:
managed to give the TBOX the three fingered salute (pressing down on console up arrow, OK and PWR buttons, while turning on the electrical power switch) to do a hardware reset, and the TBOX is now showing both picture and sound in the LIVE TV mode again.
Tech visit has been cancelled, happy happy chappy.

This was the result of a equipment fault and is now resolved. TV should have automatically returned, if not it will after a power-cycle of your set top box.

That key combination above is not recommended unless instructed to by Vodafone tech support.
