We've been thinking about ways to better collate feedback from our customers about the things we do and how we can do it better. One of the ideas we had was to make the various key players within our business accessible online, so people can interact and ask them questions directly.
To this end, we've just kicked off our first Spotlight thread by Paul Bartlett who is the owner of Vodafone's Self Service channels - including the My Vodafone App and website. Are you using the app?
