I just got the dreaded "You've gone over your limit" message from TCL. Funny thing is that I didn't think I was anywhere near my limit for the month. So I checked the web-site to see what was happening. My mouth dropped when it said I'm about 300GB over my limit and being billed for $793.55!!! I thought - oh no my wireless has been hacked. Then I looked further and got the graph for today - see below. Apparently I used nearly 300GB inside an hour - obviously pointing to an error at their end. Oh well - here goes an hour on hold trying to get through to support :-(
