Folks, please welcome TelstraClear to Geekzone. This will be an official profile created for the company to reply to comments posted here on Geekzone and answer to issues raised by our users. The team will also try to post notices when appropriate so we will be kept informed of things happening.

It is by no means a replacement for the normal help desk process - if you have specific questions or need a timely response please use the standard voice access to their services.

Good to have you aboard TelstraClear Smile

We welcome companies that are prepared to front up and provide answers to their customers, of whom there are quite a number here on Geekzone (including me).

Looking forward to hearing what you have to say on the various issues as they arise.

Welcome.

Hopefully a relationship will develop where TCL are able to understand some of the frustrations that end users are experiencing and be able to improve on those and impliment some of the ideas that are discussed on Geekzone. For those of us lucky enough to have TCL cable connections we know it's one of the best broadband services in the country and that many of TCL's other services are fantastic as well.

It has been 1 month and 1 week that I still haven;t got my cable internet installed.

3 weeks ago the technician came to my house late at night and said my house is too far away from the service just 10meters too far but they can still install the internet for me however since then I havent heard anything from Telstra.

I gave them a call today and they said they will call me back and I hear no jack....

Ohh well this is useless... Can anyone help me with this... the Telstraclear manager....

Thank you

Please don't go offtopic. I understand it's frustrating, but create your own thread for this query.

Also read my first post: this is a general TelstraClear presence, not their help desk.

UPDATE: I see there's a thread for this here now.
