Having a real time call log would be great, even if delayed by say 10 minutes or an hour.  Or still useful if delayed 24h, but to a much lesser extend.

A business application would be call logging for a motel or homestay or...  It would also mean users can inform WxC of a possible error earlier rather than only a month later after receiving an invoice.  Having the cost there as well would be nice, but even better if it is optional so you can hide it if need be.

Another application would be claiming expenses from your employer.  My wife travels a lot for her work and at the moment she simply claims an expense for a mobile phone prepay card, but it would be so much better to have an itemised statement especially with VFX low rates.  I have not yet received my first VFX statement but assume it would be itemised, but again one have to wait a month before receiving it and then another month before the employer actually pays for the expenses (with other stuff my wife gets paid for the expenses before the credit card bill is due, nice).

I have replied to this in a couple of threads Niel, but we expect to have something with this facility and more in the not to distant future

Your bill can be viewed online from around the 5th day of the following month using WxC's existing "View Bill" facility.  Sometimes it may be a little earlier depending on where the first weekend of the month falls.

It is an exact replica of what will be posted to you.  WxC have a "Calendar Month" billing system, unlike most other Telcos who use the anniversary of your joining.  In some ways it's better, because you know that your bill will be coming a few days after the start of each month.

You do need to register for the On-line Bill Viewing Service by using this form:

It takes a few days to be actioned, so now would be a good time to do it, then you will be able to view your May bill as soon as it has been prepared.

Not quite real-time call logging, but that's coming as Maverick has already mentioned Cool

The call log as an RSS feed would be would make integration with other webapps a doddle.
