My usage meter hasn't changed in two days, despite me downloading at least a GB of data. 25/5 2:33 is the last time I got new data
using TUC - i've checked manually and it's correct. Anyone else find the usage meter's stopped working?

TUC just connects to the usage meter and scrapes the data from it. I suspect TCL have made a change to this which is stopping TUC from working because the online usage meter is correct.

It's happened a few times in the past so expect a program update, I'll have a look at the TUC forums and see if anybody has mentioned it.

That's not true, TUC is showing exactly the same as what I see when I log into the web client.

i thought the same as sbiddle, since I have a program that scrapes like TUC, but after connecting to usagemeter found it hasn't moved since Thursday/Friday morning.

On the 25/05 I was showing 70% of my limit used on bith TUC and the online usage meter.

On the 26/05 I used 5gig, as per the online usage meter, yet my usage is still only 70%.

So I still think there is a problem somewhere.

aah, if you go right through and download the current month via excel you can get you up to date usage.... it's just not updating the numbers at the bottom, which is what tuc and most users would be looking at.

Yeah I just checked davidcole, you are right.

TCL are not updating the figures below the chart. Even though the chart has been updated. IE the graph is correct for me, just not the total usage.

Unless I do as davidcole said, and downlaod the csv, and total the usage for the month.

It is out by around 7gig for me.

Thanks Murray!

Yes mine is now working fine, both with TUC and the online usage checker.

Thanks for actually letting us know, and not trying to hide any problems, like some companies do!

I use the usage meter to make sure I stay within my budget, having it not work costs money, TC should be offering credit when their systems fail costing people money.
