We will be carrying out planned work to upgrade our network in Christchurch.

Whilst we carry out this work, we need to implement a minor outage affecting all cable modem services. If you have digital television, your Electronic Programme Guide will also be affected during this time.

The outage is planned from 10pm on Tuesday 5th of June to 6am on Wednesday 6th of June 2007.

The individual impact on your service will be once only for a maximum of 30 minutes within this 8 hour period. You may need to turn your cable modem off and on again at the wall to reset it.

We apologise for this disruption to service and any inconvenience this may cause you. If you have any questions regarding this notice or your service has not fully returned by 6am, please contact our Customer Care team on 0508 888-800.
