I am a gamer and use a gaming voice service called Ventrilo that is hosted by

However the last two days I have had really bad ping and been unable to use the service which is annoying my fellow gamers. The ping inside ventrilo is ranging from 150 to 10,000 .

It doesnt seem to be affecting browsing or gaming just ventrilo.

I have attached a tracert below hoping someone can see a problem :)

Suggest you do a traceroute until it shows the problem you're complaining about. That one you posted looks fine.

I too have had problems since the outage last week although mine are different. I have no connection but can sometimes get it to work for a short time by cycling my modem. Now I am having to wait till Tuesday for a technician which is pretty frustrating to say the least.
