So far I've been redirected to error.jsf, and prompted to login to a sun java access manager.

Not just usage meter, the whole customer profile.

Yea happened again lastnight between 11pm and 12am, Reseting the modem didn't fix it for me, tried it several times over 20 minutes, but it appears only to last about 40mins max. Its not at this end, its somewhere else, as connection is solid, but websites etc just don't load.

Definitely a different issue than mine, I simply couldn't access any of the "Customer Zone" parts of the website for a few hours. Other internet was fine.
