At our Bach it's on a hill side and can't get cell coverage. But if I walk 10 meters up to back of section can pick up 3G fine so can use internet on my phone.

My question is, is there an aerial or something I can put at back of section which will pick up the 3G signal then transmit so I can use phone inside the house.

You can't use a active RF amp to boost the signal either only the Vodafone Sure Signal is approved for use in our 3G band

Don't have internet or broadband at location so don't think that would work.

It appears your options are limited due to licencing.
If you're on 2 degrees network, you could have an active repeater, otherwise you'll need a passive repeater and it you want to mak calls you'll need a bluetooth headset or handset like the uniden

I get a Wi-Fi signal in my car shed which is 25m away from where it's located in my house.
