I'm posting here on the off chance someone can answer this; while I wait for someone from Vodafone to call me back...

Is there any known outages with private APN services on the Vodafone network, or possibly connectivity to the Vodafone APN network via VPN.

At around 7:05pm tonight we lost VPN connectivity to Vodafone; which has resulted in loss of service for our APN connected devices...  not normally an issue; but when an upstream fibre supplier also has an issue; some of the devices on the APN suddenly become critical..

Vodafones network status shows no outages; and we get notified of outages by Vodafone when they occur (regardless of service impacting for our business or not); but no such notification for this event...

Thanks

Quick update, got my call back from voda, and it is a known issue... Also just now received an outage notification message...

Have to say, once you manage to get past the front desk... Vodafone are always a pleasure to deal with...
