Hi,

I just bought a Sharp GX17 phone and I cannot figure out if there is a quick way of putting the phone into 'silent' mode, without having to go to Settings>Sound>Ringer Volume and then push the left button 1-5 times depending on what the current ringer volume is!

This seems to be a heck of a lot of work to just put the phone into silent mode (my last phone took only 2 buttons to push to get it into silent mode).

Also, I can't seem to find any way to enter smiley faces into a text message! Did they forget about this?
