Hi,

I just got a text from Vodafone saying my Red Essential Plan now also includes calls and texts to Aussie. Finally this has happened, and frankly I think this should have been included when these plans were introduced, I am paying $99/month afterall.

Anyway my question is: Does anyone know (johnr?) if these inclusions startsstraight away or from my next billing cycle?

Thanks in advance

If you use iOS or Android download our My Vodafone app. It'll show your current data balance and will tell you if you have unlimited minutes to NZ & OZ.

To get the My Vodafone app text the word "app" to 790 and we'll reply with the URL.

That's a good point, I've already got the app on my phone, surely enough the inclusions start straight away.

Thanks VodafoneDylan and johnr
