We have identified an issue where access from the PSTN to the Voice Portal may not be working for some users not all, at this stage we suspect changes made to the network last night is the cause, we are working to remedy the situation, Calls to the Voice Portal directly from VFX are fine, Voice mail can be collected by setting up carbon copy and sending it to an email address until the situation is resolved, apologies for the inconvenience this causes any customers.
