Big Thanks to Simon @ WxC, we were having some issues with our DSL connection last week, spoke to someone earlier in the day in regards to the issue; but had to call back later that night (about 7:59pm) to confirm some details, we got Simon, who was more than helpful, even run as back in 20 minutes time (the helpdesk closes at 8:00pm) and got our friends at Telecom to reset the port at the exchange. Bingo, everything was all go.
