We will be carrying out work to upgrade our network in Kapiti.
Whilst we carry out this work we need to implement a minor outage affecting all cable modem services. If you have digital television, your Electronic Programme Guide will also be affected during this time.
The outage period is planned from midnight on Sunday 17th of June to 6am on Monday 25th of June 2007. The individual impact on your service will be once only during this period, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
You may need to turn your cable modem off and on again at the wall to reset it.
