Week 3 waiting to get switched to VDSL. Have rung Vodafone several times and each time I get the sorry your order seems to have been lost.  Is there someone out there that can help me, as the call centre operators only keep saying ring back and ask tomorrow, as procurement aren't answering there phones.

I just want to know my order is in place and that the upgrade is being actioned.  Have everything with Vodafone.  So don't really want to move ISP's.

I think I've got it - you're not the account holder so that complicated things a bit. :) Will PM you.

given these people do this in their own time I would think a little patience and politeness would go a long way.

@Jeffnz, I received a message, and naturally assumed a reply would be received, don't need you getting all uppity about things and trying to stir up unnecessary discussions.

Your comment was totally unnecessary.

Not unnecessary at all as it appeared your expectations were that this should happen immediately and that is just being rude especially as this isn't a Voda site nor are these people under any obligation to help you.

If you are offended then so be it but at least think about how you frame your requests next time.

As to discussions, this is a forum not a private thread site so expect that some will have opinions that you may not be happy about.

Good that you now have some answers, all is well with the world again
