Hi

I can't seem to be able to directly access my voice mail through the aliases option.
I have my cell phone number entered. It has been working before.
I have tried deleting and re entering the number...but no luck.

Any ideas.

Are you blocking Caller ID? I believe your number needs to come through for this to work.

Thanks for the info, the issue is now resolved, we found an issue with mobiles coming into the system and required some digit changes to present the Mobile Number correctly to the Voicemail System.

Please try again and let me know if any issues
