Internet (DSL and BIA) and WAN services down (Rotorua).
spent 15 minutes on hold to get through to support, only for them to get an evac alarm.

Any clues as to what is broken?

Just got a recorded message at VF acknowledging the fault for the Rotorua area. Fingers crossed for a speedy resolution.

Mine looks to be a Vodafone-specific gear fault within Rotorua, but that link would explain why it took so long to get through to the call centre.
