Came back up...but was still on hold to call centre after 20mins....

If everyone is calling at the same time to find out if there is a problem, then you are obviously going to have to wait on hold for a long time. That would be the same with any company.

Always get..we have exceedingly heavy calls...blahblah..although 20mins is quite good for VF

 If you have any customer service or fault queries about cable, the best number to call is 0508 888 800 - this will have the correct messages on the IVR. :)
