judging by time of day, it was probably just maintenance.


just checked with parents account and it is all good again.

Apologies for the delay in replying, but no, it wasn't maintenance or time of day (since I had seen it several times up to 12 hours prior to posting), it seemed to be an ongoing issue but I finally worked out what it was - a bad cookie.

I discovered later that other browsers worked fine and incognito worked fine, so I deleted all vodafone cookies and it came right.
