Hey guys

I'm using a Cisco SPA122 with WXC but cannot for the life for me get the VFX service going. I had a PAP2T which seems to have given up the ghost, and now replaced with a SPA122, that isn't working either.

A packet capture shows the SPA122 trying to grab prov.xport.co.nz/configs/default/defaultccd<what looks like a MAC address>.cfg and receiving a 404.

Is this at all normal? Do I need to contact WXC and give them my new MAC address or something? The support guy didn't seem to know what to do, and suggested disabling my firewall...

Cheers
Mike

Phone WxC and advise you want to do a VFX device change. Advise MAC address and model.

if the new MAC address hasn't been entered in the system, then 05EF3201238C.cfg file will not exist so you get the 404 not found.

Hi Mike,

Apologies for the support received, I can see you've rung in this morning and the service is now Operational.

I'll follow this issue up with the Support Staff as we should have been able to spot you were using a different device while troubleshooting.

Thanks
Cameron
