My workplace has started paying my phone bill for me (ported my personal number over to Vodafone), I gave the Vodafone customer services rep my PIN code personally over the phone in case I needed to ring for phone support. I then found out that my boss now has a record of all of our PIN numbers.
Does my boss have this ability to ask Vodafone for everyone's personaly PIN numbers and record them? I would assume that if my boss wanted to do anything with my account, they would have the ability to by giving their own master PIN, right?

Personally I would have thought that this depends on who the account holder is. For instance if your boss has become the account holder then they have the right to the PIN number. If you are the account holder and the boss is merely reimbursing your mobile phone costs then they should not have the PIN

No, they are the authorised account holder. I'm just surprised that I was not told that they would have access to my personal PIN number (I don't know why they would need it as they should be able to use their master PIN number?)

If the account is under your personal name then NO your boss does not have access
