Vodafone just debited $47 from my credit card, 2 months after I cancelled my contract with them!
There is definitely no excuse, as Vodafone not only acknowledged that they had terminated my contract, but gave me a two month refund. (I had trouble with my Vodem, which they chose to ignore, so I quit).
That, by me, is an unauthorised debit, and could be called stealing. Last time I spoke to them I threatened to go to the Disputes Tribunal, this time I will be threatening to go to the POLICE!
Watch out everyone, I suggest you pay your bills to Vodafone via bank transfer or by cheque.
