I've been having loads of voip drop outs this evening, and rebooted my wag as a precaution. However I want to mak sure that I don't get billed for the calls that didn't connect. Anyone know where in myvfx I find my calls list? Apologies for asking such a trivial question.

That's a good question - I want to know too. And perhaps where we set to receive the bill via e-mail?

No Trivial questions, if it's important enough for you to ask it's important enough for us to answer Laughing

At this stage we don't have an real time online system at present for you to be able to check your call records real time, it's coming not here yet though sorry Cry.


As for drops outs if you can PM the details of the calls you had I will take a look for you to see what happened , ie if they connected or not,  my bigger concern for you will be the drop outs most probably related to the DSL connection so we will need to start with that, if you could phone into the support line 0800144357 (080014HELP) and get them to look at your DSL at the times you had the drops outs , they will work with you to check what we can do to sort the connection out, basically if the DSL connection is up you should not have call drops.

These are the calls that were made , a quick check the signalling that handles the call setup all looks okay, there are a couple of short dialled calls but if you can give me the calls you had issues with I will take a look and see if we see an issue with your actual connection or it may have been an upstream provider issue since the calls were going to the UK,
