Is there anybody who is getting the correct values for their You Choose addons? If I use the BAL service I get my anytime minutes and GPRS data - I don't get offpeak minutes or TXT balance. Both of these are available on the automated IVR servive however if I log into MYA I get nothing at all, not even anytime minutes. Vodafone say this seems to be affecting only a handful of users and that they have no idea what the problem is, I'm just wondering if it is fact isolated or all You Choose customers.

It's interesting that the IVR still says that included TXT messages are to "021 029 numbers" when this is blatently not the case as the TXT's are on network only. I hope the commerce commission really are going to do something about Vodafone's misleading advertising since the introduction of portability, to still be misleading customers after 3 months is just pure incompetence.

My 777 BAL txt's include my included texts and anytime minutes( I'm on YouChoose 20). I'm not sure how acurate those are...you never know with Vodafone.

One thing that is driving me crazy is that I had a huge bill last month ($150+) on calls alone, and I'm trying to get my call details off MyVodafone to see if it's right..but eveytime I try to get the details of calls made during the pit-stop period, I get "Service Unavailable" and the whole site crashes.

Last time I had a bill this big it turned out they over-charged me $90 but didn't do anything till I pointed it out. Makes you wonder how many customers just dont care and pay their bills how they are.

Touching on number portability, I wouldn't expect too much.. Vodafone get away with a lot of shocking stuff

sbiddle I'm in the exact same situation as you.

I'm on You choose 60, txt 600 and a 15mb data plan

None of my allocated min/txtx/mb show up online but do with a call or txt to 777

The very friendly people at the local Vodafone store and the 777 CSR both suggested I should just use the txt in service and claimed it will all be fixed after the end of June, even though this was after Vodafone has pronounced the upgrade was Done.

Thought I'd throw it into the too hard basket until the start of July. Guess I should ring again and try get a ticket written up.

The CSR I spoke to firstly said the balance problems affected a small number of users but then went on to say about the large numbers of problems they're having since the new billing system was cut over and how most users seem to be having some sort of minor problem.

I guess problems are to be expected but you'd think Vodafone could at least acknowledge them. There SMS spam gloating that their new system was up and working fine was a bit premature.

I justed checked my balance (Today is the first day of my billing month) and it shows $49.somthing - I hope that's my bill for all of last month (Which seems awefully low) and isnt what I have spent today!
