I just want to say how impressed I am with the XNet customer services team.  It is 18:33 on a Tuesday evening.  From the moment I dialed the number through listening to the automated answering message through giving only my login name up to asking for an upgrade in my broadband plan and hanging up the phone took a total of 1 minute and 37 seconds.  That even includes an explanation of how long I can expect the changes to take.  Can't think of any other help desk in the world that beats that!

After 3 weeks I am still waiting for my work help desk to reply with my alarm security password, which I actually was supposed to have more than 6 years ago!  And I'm workin at one of the largest electronics manufacturers in NZ.

They did it again.  It was supposed to take 3 to 4 work days to change my broadband plan, but 39h later I received the e-mail to say it was done.  That was less than 1 1/2 business days!  Thanks!

Full agreement here too. The team have been great getting me set up with wireless broadband and VFX in double quick time.

I'm also gushing about how great it all is to anyone who'll listen!
