Hi, I have BestMate on my phone but for the past 2 weeks I've been non stop trying to call and text and only about 2% are getting received by my BestMate! This is frustrating as they live in another city and this is our only way to contact. I have gone days where I have been constantly texting and calling, and they have been doing the same to me but we both have heard nothing from each other. I don't understand why it rings and rings but they say their phone never rings.

When I ring it says 'note: incoming call diverts' is this the problem? They took their phone into vodafone because it had short circuted about 3 weeks ago and ever since it hasn't been right. I have the exact same phone and we got them on sale because they were of a deleted line, do you think the phones are faulty or is it a network problem?

Forgot to mention we can call and text other cell phones perfectly, just not each other! So much for being able to contact our BestMate whenever....

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Note you have incoming call diverts is normal. Phone off " diverts to voice mail " phone on and you don't answer " Diverts to voice mail "

Have you and your Bestmate tried your SIMs in another handset

Would say this is not a network issue as in core network.

Have you tried to cancel your bestmate and set it up again?

All my other friends are on telecom so I haven't been able to try my sim in another phone. My BestMate didn't have enough credit when it came to BestMate reoccuring and so it was cancelled and they had to add me again.

Thanks for your help, I will try and contact them to tell them to try their sim in another phone.

Smile
