We will be carrying out work to upgrade our network in Christchurch.


Whilst we carry out this work, we need to implement a minor outage affecting all cable modem services. If you have digital television, your Electronic Programme Guide will also be affected during this time.


The outage period is planned from 4am to 6am on Tuesday 24th of July 2007. The individual impact on your service during this period will be for up to 15 minutes. 


You may need to turn your cable modem off and on again at the wall to reset it.
