I'm not sure whether to ask this here or in the existing Sky VoD service thread;

At the moment I am a VF customer who has a Sky subscription using the T-Box and I can access SkyGo.  Sky are now saying that their current subscription base will also have access to the VoD service when it is launched (Other thread).

My question is will Vodafone be offering the Sky VoD service to Cable customers who are using their T-Box?  Without trying to appear a pessimist, I'm presuming the answer will be "we can't comment on things that have not been announced" or no.

If the answer is no because of the equipment, then I go back to a question I asked last month - can I choose to have a MySky box instead of the T-Box?

Procrastination eventually pays off.

From the SKY press release: "SKY is also pleased to expand its successful partnership with Vodafone who will bundle SKY’s SVOD service with their broadband... Further announcements with SVOD service details and Vodafone package options will be made." http://www.skytv.co.nz/media-releases-current.aspx

As a Vodafone TV with SKY customer I'm hoping it's included, but the release sounds like only MySKY customers will get it free :/

I volunteer my time on here, and all opinions expressed are my own and do not necessarily reflect those of my employer.

See the link above, doesn't look like it will be free for anyone. It will just be available on MySky decoders, which are obviously going to get their LAN port enabled maybe?

Although it doesn't expressly say free on their twitter feed, it does say existing subscribers wont have to sign up again.

Anyone from VF got something to add?

The above link clarifies that Sky won't be offering this for free.
