Hi team
Can one of the Vodafone members help with an issue around my transition from my current provider to Vodafone.  Have received a text message stating that my current account number is rejected.
It is the only one I have and I'm happy to send copies of the invoice to confirm, have replied to the message and called the help desk which resulted in being transferred and then cut of Lol......
Connection is due to change Friday 4 and I would like to get this sorted to avoid delay

We send the account number to the LSP and they are the ones that do the check and confirm if it's correct or not,

Are you bringing a number to mobile or fixed line?

fixed line, it was a Viop setup and I think the account was also entered into the phone line and broadband portion of the sign up, this maybe where the issue is
